Activity Implement-
A user who has been assigned the Activity Implementer role within a system or business process management framework. This role is specifically responsible for executing, completing, or updating manual (non-automated) activities that are assigned to them as part of a larger workflow.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Receives task assignments through the system or process manager.
- Performs manual tasks (e.g., data entry, document review, physical inspections, approvals) that cannot be automated.
- Marks tasks as complete once the activity has been finished, possibly providing supporting information (e.g., notes, attachments, status updates).
- May interact with other roles such as Activity Initiators, Reviewers, or Process Owners.
Context of Use:-
- Typically part of a workflow or business process management (BPM) system.
- Manual activities often occur where human judgment, intervention, or interaction with physical systems or people is necessary.
- Activities might be single-step or multi-step and can be part of broader operations like audits, compliance checks, maintenance, customer service, etc.
Permissions and Access:-
- The Activity Implementer usually has limited permissions—focused on viewing assigned tasks, performing them, and submitting results.
- They may not have authority to create workflows or reassign tasks unless combined with other roles.
